Incredibly annoying admin popup modal

The popup modal you have added to the latest version is incredibly annoying. It asks me to ‘complete my installation’, but my installation is already complete. I then have to decline the newsletter, then click to continue, then click yet again to decline an upgrade to premium, in order to make the popup go away.

There are already FOUR links on the dashboard to upgrade to premium, so I really don’t need yet another thing asking me to upgrade, especially that requires several clicks and when combined with an incorrect message telling me my installation is incomplete.
