Please share your badge settings screenshot. If you select anniversary reference under badge references options and set it to 1 times. The user will be rewarded with badge when anniversary log is created once.

In badge settings user needs to set times. If user has set 1 time(s) in badge settings user will get points on first anniversary. If user has set 2 time(s) in badge settings user will get points on second anniversary and so on. You can make separate badges for first anniversary, second anniversary and so on. Your badge settings are in a different language other than English so we cannot identify whether you have set times or totals in badge settings. In your scenario you need to set times to make it work.

The time means number of times the user log has been created. When a log is created for the first time the user will get points on first anniversary. Similarly when the log is created for the second time the user gets a reward on second anniversary and so on. The value you have set in times is incorrect. Set only 1 value instead of 31,536,000 if you want to reward user on first anniversary.
