    the dynamic phone field padding-left: should probably be !important in case theme has important padding overriding gravity form.
    padding-left:97px !important;

    Hi @technicalx, padding-left is generated by jQuery as flag and country code width. If you used fixed padding, there will be a conflict. I recommended to use padding-left: inherit.
