Profile link in email footer on Samsung smartphone doesn’t work

    If I click the profile link in the footer of an email viewed on a Samsung S10, it does not take me to the profile page but instead forwards me to the front page of the website. The same profile link clicked in my desktop email client does open the profile page.

    Hi, we have tested it with the same smartphone and it’s working, can you please provide an URL to test it?
    You should also check if you get the same error with other phones and if your site has mobile-specific rules that can cause the issue.

    I have checked again and it seems to be working now. I will keep an eye on it. Maybe it is an intermittent thing.
