    Just purchased but I can’t performed malware scan. Getting error:

    COULDNT_INSERT with error: Unknown column ‘checked_heuristic’ in ‘field list’
    Stage: get_cms_hashes

    I also get this error on dashboard:
    2022-11-28 20:10:11: Updating firewall: PROCESS FILE: COULD_NOT_WRITE_TO_DB 1: Unknown column ‘network1’ in ‘field list’

    Hello,

    Please, deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again.

    1. Enter the Security by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings tab)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPess Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)
