    Hi there,

    there is a bug when addresses do have a building name instead of a house number (common in UK, Ireland, etc.).

    So if the correct street address is for instance “Building Name, xyz Lane”, the plugin puts the last word in the front and shows “Lane Building Name, xyz”. What is the reason for this adjustment?

    Is there a workaround we can use until the next update (we need the street address on the label as it is in the order data)?

    Thank you!

    The best work around for this would be to use “Address 2” and not place the whole address in “Address 1”:

    Address 1: “Building Name”
    Address 2: “xyz Lane”

    Let us know if that works.

    @shadim Thank you.

    Since Address 1 and Address 2 will be merged: It seems that the plugin forces something to be in the front so we just want to understand the logic behind it.

    Will it then show “Building Name, xyz Lane” or “xyz Lane, Building Name” on the label?

    Further, will there be an update where the plugin will print the address as typed by the customer (what is the reason that you force something?)?

    Thank you!

    The plugin assumes a number exists in the label and this does not seem to be the case which is why this happens.

    Address 1 and 2 should not be merged but rather one after the other, are you not seeing this?

    @shadim Could you please add an if-condition that if there is no number in the street address, just leave the street address as it is?

    Regarding Addresses 1 and 2: We will check this next time. Should we put the building name in Address 1 or 2 then? I thought Address 1 is used by DHL for the street name?

    @shadim Unfortunately, it does not work at all.

    Addresses 1 and 2 did get merged in one line like this: Address 2 Address 1

    Further, a correct address 1 “W123N456 XYZ Drive” (common in the US) was changed on the label to “Drive W123N456 XYZ”. This does not make any sense at all, please stop changing the addresses in the backend. In this way, the only “workaround” would be to manually put in the wrong address to get the right result …

    We use Warenpost International. Please fix this asap since we are in the busy season now.

    Thank you!

    @shadim Any feedback on this?

    Solution is:

    Address 1: Street Name
    Address 2: House number or building name
