Problem with history and statistics

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the download history (statistics), I cannot reset the data present (12) and reset the counter to zero.

    you can do that from WPDM Settings >> Privacy page:

    Hello Shafaet Alam,

    Thank you for your intervention, despite the fact that I opened the Privacy page, the total number of downloads remained the same and is not reset.

    We didn’t clear the total download count, as most used want to keep to total could and bu clear stats data, however, we shall add a separate button to reset download count too with the next update.

    I understood that for now I could not clear the total number of downloads. I would therefore wait for the next update of the extension.
