    We are receiving several complaints from clients who are trying to proceed with checkout through paypal and getting an error message that says [doesn’t ship to this location. Please use a different address.]. Although we have already set the addresses on the site and shipping zones to ship to everywhere. When attempting to use the a laptop or pc, users are successfully checking out and all is good. But when being accessed through phone, they are getting the above error.

    Please advise if there is solution for this

    Do you know what browser your customer(s) were using?

    Some social media browsers like the Facebook browser do not support the full suite of PayPal functionality. That’s a limitation of PayPal, not the plugin.
