Including Email in a Post Safely

I want to include my email and contact info on my site, but I don’t want to post the link because of email harvesters. If I understand correctly, there’s a bit of PHP code I can use to display my email on my pages and posts without using the actual address in the HTML coding. Can someone tell me how it’s done? I think it uses “admin_email” but I’m not sure how to do it. Thank you.
