Timed publishing

I’m sure there’s a simple answer for this but I scheduled a post for 12.00pm and it it didn’t post. It’s still there on my dashboard as ‘scheduled’.

This is the first time I’ve used this function. I’m in the UK is the wordpress ‘time’ set for a US time zone? If so which one?
