    Hi
When the first e-mail is sent, no coupon code for a discount should be created.
However, when a customer clicks on the checkout link (created using the shortcode), he/she automatically gets a 10% discount.
I don’t see any setting that allows this coupon to be created, so I’m quite confused why this is the case.
Coupon code creation is disabled for this e-mail.
Hope you can help me out.
    Best regards
    Ralph

    Hello @ralphvanbouwel,

Please share a screenshot of the email template settings. I tried to create an abandoned cart, once I receive the email I can look into the issue and update you on my findings.

    Best regards,

    Hi Sravan

Please find here a screenshot, as you asked.
As you can see, the box to create a coupon is unchecked (‘waardebon maken’).
However, an automatic 10% discount will be applied after clicking in the link (‘HIER’ = ‘here’ in Dutch’).
The code that was created in Woocommerce is qcsmyg0v

    Thanks!

    Best regards

    Hello @ralphvanbouwel,

qcsmyg0v is a coupon code you created on WooCommerce? Is this coupon code set to apply fora products on the abandoned cart?

    Hi @bhshravankumar
This code was created automatically by the plug-in following the cart abandonment. Indeed, there are no conditions at all as far as I can see.

    Hello @ralphvanbouwel,

It should not happen actually. The plugin does not create the coupon until the coupon setting is enabled from the email template settings.

Could you please confirm the below scenario once?
    1. Is there any rules/condition that apply to the coupon like applying the coupon if a specific product is in the cart?
    2. Is there any plugin conflict which creating this issue?
    3. Is there any custom code added for the checkout page or coupon settings?

We tried to check the screenshot shared by you but seems that the URL is invalid. If possible could you please share the email settings and the coupon settings so we can try to replicate on our end?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
