Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!

Hi @rglalonzo,

I have read from previous similar issue, dated 2 years and 11 months ago, and support said to make it ‘Optional’ instead of ‘Required’. I have done this and it works. However, does this issue have been fixed? So I can make important fields “Required’.

Could you please share the URL to the ticket, so that we could have a better idea?

Also, which exact field was marked as “optional”?

Also, e-signature field is empty on email notification even though I have put a sign there. What could this error be?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

I’m also having the same or similar issue. It shows this error at the end of our form ‘Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!’ but there are no messages showing what is wrong. This is the form: https://www.counselingresilience.com/therapy-appointments/
***at the beginning you have to select SESSION TYPE (Substance Abuse Assessment) and then select YES to ‘Were you referred by Driver’s Education Department of Hawaii?’. On the last page, it shows the error and I don’t know why.

Thank you for getting back to us.

I imported the form to a test website, but couldn’t find a signature field added to the form. Can you please verify if you have shared the export of the form with the issue?

I checked the form but was unable to replicate the error. However, the form was not working and showed a different error as follows.

An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again

I re-added the form fields and that has fixed the issue on my end. Can you please re-add the form fields and check if that help resolves the issue?

The issue mentioned in the ticket that you shared was expected to be fixed with version 1.13 and I hope that has been fixed. I have pinged our team to verify the same and we will update you once we have more feedback on the same.
