• Hi, I start using your Free Plugin 3 weeks ago, in the first 14 days it works fine and it sends the New Post mail to our subscribers perfectly. Now the plugin don’t send the Posts, the Test e-mail works fine with “WP mail” and “PHP mail”, and when we make a new Post, nothing is on queue to send.

    We need to use the Pro version?

    It appears that email is being blocked by the mailer. To confirm that, please find the following suggestions.

    1) firstly, we would request you to check the Email Sending Settings ( follow Email Subscriber > Settings > Email Sending > Select a mailer to send mail).

    if you have selected WP Mail or Php Mail to send emails then suggest you check the Maximum emails to send at once option should not be more than the hosting provider email sending limited otherwise it will get discarded after crossing the limit so to confirm it.

    We recommend you to talk with your hosting provider about the email status.

    2) We recommend you to check this document which helps you to understand common email-sending problems. (https://www.icegram.com/documentation/common-email-sending-problems/)

    3) Please check if you are receiving the test email from the third-party plugin. (Instal > Send test email) (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-test-email/)

    Hi, thans for your answer, but…

    Our mail limit is 300 mails per hour, and a 100 mails per mail account, our newsletter is small, only 85 subscribers, that’s not the problem.

    I repeat, when we start working with Icegram, while we are in the first 14 days with all features, it works fine, now, after the first 14 days, don’t work. No appear any mail campaign is queued when we publish new posts.

    we have a similar problem. We use the plugin for nearly two years and it worked fine so far. But since a week one of two campaings (Post Notification) will not be sent.
    I can’t see any difference between the two campaings except the other list of recipients.
    I allready made updates to the newest version and tried multiple times to set the post to draft and published it again.

    To understand what is causing the issue. Could you please check the following points and?let me know your thoughts on them?

    1) Please check and confirm that, are you receiving the?test email?or not.

    2)?If the test email is received then,?could you please tell us what happened when you published the last post? Do you see any report with the status ‘In Queue‘ on the Report screen? If yes, you can?click on the Send?link and see if the emails are being sent out or not.

    If the status is completed, please check if you have received the email in your inbox, or spam folder.

    3)?Also, confirm that the post that you are publishing is a?newly created one,?and not a duplicate or republished?

    Please verify the mentioned points and let us know your input.

    1) Yes, I receiving the test email.

    2) When the post was published, there were no report and nothing in the queue.

    3) The created post was new when it was published the first time. But I already tried to republish the post. A few months ago, a republishing was sucsessful an the mails was sended after that.

    I am using Subscribe2 on my website and for a number of years every time I put up a new post on my website, an email notification was sent out to my subscribers. After putting up a new post yesterday, it was not sent out at all. I tried doing a test email under the “Send Email” option under Subscribe2 and it did not go out either. My website host did not see any errors messages on their end. The only change from the last post that was emailed out successfully was that I updated my subscriber list to almost 1300 subscribers. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

    In my case, the error was that I duplicated posts to create new ones. With the new versions of the plugin, this didn’t work, so it forced me to create new posts, which did perform the submission.
