Incompatible with TranslatePress

    Hi
    The newest version plugin is incompatible with the TranslatePress plugin, if they are both active will change the site’s Default language to another language automatically, and can’t be changed manually unless deactivating one of the plugins.

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We can’t seem to reproduce the issue you are having with our own local WP installation. We have both Rank Math and TranslatePress installed (both in the latest version), the language wasn’t automatically changed, and we can change the general language of the site manually.

    Can you please confirm if TranslatePress is also in the latest version?

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know; your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Both use the newest version, PHP8.0.
    I install the health check plugin, active 2022 theme, and TranslatePress only, this issue still exists. https://picshack.net/ib/dGbXBCofak

    But it is very strange that if deactivating the health check plugin, only activing 2022 theme, and TranslatePress (rank math is deactivated), this issue disappears! In this status, if I active Rank math too this issue shows up again!

    Hi,

    I already did that before, debug.log is empty, nothing inside. that’s why I contact you here, puzzle.

    I also contact the Translatepress team:https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/default-language-issue/. They said they knew about that issue and the fix was released, but I am using the newest translatepress plugin, and the issue still exists.

    Did you install the SEO pack addon that they offer?

    Also, please get in touch with their support as we are unable to reproduce it on our end, as shown in the screencast.
