Apostrophe in field names/answers causing issues in .xls

    PHP: 7.4
    GF: 2.6.8
    WP: 6.1.1

    I’ve created a survey form that has apostrophes in it like:
    =====
    Managed care plan’s care coordinators
    ====

    This is causing an issue in the csv file as the apostrophes get replaced with weird characters:
    ====
    Managed care plana€?s care coordinators
    ====

    If I use the xls export, it causes the spreadsheet to create blank areas in the cells.

    Both of these issues make it hard for me to provide the link for the client to use as they want a nice clean spreadsheet that they don’t have to fix.

    When I use the regular GF export feature, this does not happen, but of course, the layout is crappy.

    This is a private survey form, but I can send you the link and a copy of the exports privately for review.

    Hi @zmokin,

    I’m trying to reproduce this scenario; but it seems to be working for me. Could you provide an export of your form (.json)? This won’t include any entries, just the make up of the form with your settings. That way I can reproduce your scenario as best.
