Suggestion for a warehouse plugin

Hei, guys.
After a few day search and exploring several options I decided to ask for suggestions.
I need a simple warehouse/stock plugin.
WP inventory management is pretty close to what I need, except for 1 thing. It is annoying to edit quantities. I need a quick and simple edit quantity option on the page itself, not in the plug-in option.
To describe the purpose:
I get a call from a customer to ask if I have a specific part in stock. I open our website and I check. He orders them. I go to our actual warehouse, pack the parts and send them. Than I just click 1 button and edit the quantity. That’s all.
We don’t need transaction history, client history, export/import options, cart, etc.
All I need as fields are Name, Short Description, Serial number, Quantity and Price. It will be a nice touch if we can add images too, but it is not a must.
I also checked non WP-related software which is to be installed directly on our host. All of them are overcomplicated.
And I want it on a page. Like https://www.ourwebsite.com/warehouse. If possible only accessed with a registered account.
Or to put it simply – something a little bit better than an Excel table ??
PS: It is not a problem if it is a paid version, as long as it is something up to 30-40$.
