Massive issue with Commission Rate

    Hi,

    We have enabled 5% commission rate in our settings. However, when accepting new affiliates, the default is stored at 25%.

    We cannot change this, because it is supposedly a pro feature.

    We tested it out by saving the settings again and trying to add new affiliate and the issue still persists.

    Please let us know how to fix this asap. Else, we will have to manually edit the Database.

    Hey @bling007,

    Thank you for reaching out! No need to worry about the 25% commission rate you’re seeing in the affiliate’s edit page. That panel is only for promotional reasons and doesn’t provide any functionality.

    The commission rate set in the plugin’s general settings will be used to calculate commissions.

    Even so, after looking over the promotional panel I can understand why it could create confusion. We will be reanalyzing the panel’s design to make it less confusing.
