Conflict with APCu Manager plugin

Cache Enabler seems to conflict with the APCu Manager plugin, causing the backend to crash.

I have a support request in with them as well, but I thought I’d post here and see if anyone had any ideas of how to deal with this. I’d like to use both plugins, if possible.

I use Cache Enabler with CDN Enabler.
