problem with activating pro

Hi there,this is a problem someone else had and i am having the same problem, please someone contact me asap. thank you

I installed the free version and this just appears broken not loading a preview image and the seems to be only half the page compared to the installation documentation.

I also installed WP Fortune to enter my license key, this also does not work as it does not detect DYMO is actually installed. I have added a screenshot of the DYMO page in my admin

All my WordPress, plugins including Woocommerce are updated to the latest versions.

Could you please advise what the problem might be please?

I have also contacted WP Fortune but have not heard anything back.
