    When I add the tracking number to my order, the order total changes to zero and the order items disappear. This is a huge problem if I ever have to issue a refund

    Hi @lotusms,
    We checked this but we can’t replicate any issue with this.
    Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Please deactivate all other plugins except AST and WooCommerce and check again.
