    Since the last updates I have a problem with the French translation. Until now everything worked automatically

    What updates are you referring too? What other changes have been made to your site prior to this issue?

    Also, for testing purposes, can you disable the two addons and then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    same issue with the two addons disabled.

    A webmaster made somes change to improve the speed of the website :

    – installation of WP ROCKET (with swmp exclusion like this : https://ibb.co/V3H69t8)

    – installation of Perfmatters

    – installation of EWWW Image Optimizer

    I think that’s all.

    Hi, try the following. Disable and delete Simple Membership. Then install and activate a new copy. Let me know what happens. Also make sure you delete the cache in our site and the browser cache as well.

    Will I lose all my subscriber settings and parameters if I do this (desactivate, delete and reinstall the plugin)?

    No, you won’t loose your subscribers settings. However, just to be on the safe side create a database backup.

    Hello here ??

    So I tried everything unfortunately the problem persists. Here is in detail what I found :

    1- when I reinstall the plugin and go to LOCO TRANSLATE, it displays 100% of the translated strings for the French language (capture 1). But, the problem is still there.

    2- so I go to the editor and I synchronize and once the synchronization is done, it shows me: 72% translated channels, 615 channels (12 approximate, 160 untranslated). And only 72% translated instead of 100%. (capture)(capture)(capture)

    3- So I take for example LOG IN which is in dark blue and I translate it manually into French (capture)(capture).

    4- I save and synchronize.

    5- The translation appears now in the editor, but still not on the page (even after clearing the cache)(page).

    6- in source, the translation appears too(capture).

    7- in file info, I have a message : The PO file has different source strings than “simple-membership.pot”. Try to run a synchronization before making any changes. (I don’t know if this is important). (capture)

    I don’t know what else to do, if you have a solution I’m interested.

    Hi, try the following tutorial. But instead of editing the default English po file, edit your French po file. Also don’t synchronize your custom translation to see if it works.
