Plugin – Upload – Keep getting error messages

    Installed WP last April and tried to upload a plugin…ended up getting error messages and was unable to get back into admin panel. I contacted web host and they recommended, disable plugins, so I did and was able to get back into the admin panel.

    Trying again, to upload plugin, Fast Secure Contact Form, and this is my error message:
