Wont change wash symbols

  • Hi,

    Im using the plugin, but suddenly it stopped working. I cant change washing symbols, and I cant add them to new products.
    When I try in the backend (edit product), it just reset the settings (under edit product), when I try to update a product.

    Any help?

    Hi,
    could you open developer tools when you are editing a product (right click and inpect element) and see in console if there is any error message (the red ones)

    I have already tried this, and nothing shows. Not errors at all ??
    Could I provide you with login details? Maybe that would make it easier ??
