List of glossary items has double words

For the term Bulb it has double words. About 505 of all Glossary terms have some sort of error. Here are some example

`BulbBulb mode/setting (B) is a shutter speed
The time a camera sensor or film is exposed to light when taking a photo.
option that you can select.

The term contrastThe term contrast
The term contrast defines the range of tonal difference between the shadows…..

When each term is opned there are no issues.

Could anyone suggest what is causing this please.
