I have to click on the categories link to be able to add terms.
    Does Glossary work with Elementor?
Is there a video to step one through this?
Other pages do not match the instructions.
I am just trying to setup one page of definitions.

    Any example pages?

    Thank you,

  • Our plugin works with elementor but I don’t understand what issue are you facing.
Did you checked our documentation https://docs.codeat.co/glossary/getting-started/ ?

    Hey Daniele,

Yes I did and in the image under
How to add a new term to your glossary
Instead of seeing what you have posted, I see the image below.

Nowhere in your instructions do I see
    ADD TITLE
    or
TYPE / TO CHOOSE A BLOCK

I have to click on CATEGORIES to be able to add a new term

    Under
How to link terms to internal posts/pages
In your image you have Glossary highlighted on the left,
when I have Glossary highlighted I see this

    Thank you in advance.

Let me rephrase I am trying to understand what is happening.

You are trying to create new glossary items and as you are seeing there is the metabox with the various glossary options and is perfectly right.

After adding the items you want to see them in your website posts but you need to add the terms first and enable the post type in the settings to automatically get them injected.

I think that the issue you are facing is that you are creating the glossary items but you can’t save them until you add a category to them, I am right?

That sounds about right, I am following the Getting Started and it does not talk about creating categories and I am not seeing a place to add the categories

That is the reason why I don’t understand what are you trying to do and what is the issue.
Our plugin doesn’t have any category creation as mandatory so maybe there is something in your website like a plugin that create conflicts.

Okay, I really do not need a category/sub/micro, I am just wanting a glossary page.

Will your product do this? If so what am I doing wrong?

Yes there is a shortcode that generate something like that https://demo.codeat.co/glossary/ that is available in the pro version https://demo.codeat.co/glossary/glossary-index-premium/

So it looks like the Freemium only do tooltips? This would be fine, but again, why would the screenshots in the Glossary are not the same as what I am seeing?

I do not see an option for pages, just posts. What am I doing wrong?

What would it cost, to have you make it work?

There are differences between the free and pro version, and the various modes are one of them.
I don’t know what are the differences are you seeing as this free support is not advanced, only with the premium version in the premium support platform we investigate further asking the administrator access and so on.

For more information about the plugin free/premium, you can check https://glossary.codeat.co/

Did you not look at the images I sent?

No worries I will just remove it and review accordingly.

I looked at the image you sent, but they weren’t useful to understand the issue.
I tried to rewrite your problem differently to be able to understand what is the issue are you facing, also our free support doesn’t let me investigate further as probably there are some conflicts with other plugins installed in your site.

    Closing after a month
