Worked for me, eventually

I struggled to get ‘all’ fields in the email confirmation & in the form log as I didn’t use unique ids for each field & therefore only one ‘text’ field was recorded. Perhaps a visible note to advise that each field needs to have a unique id would help users when they create extensive forms with multiple fields of the same type.
