    TrustPulse doesn’t recognise the webhook created even though all details are entered exactly as in the guide for setup.

    Thank you for reaching out to TrustPulse.

    While we await your ticket to be sent in, I looked at your publicly available profile on www.ads-software.com and searched for your website in our TrustPulse database to understand what was happening with your site that made the webhook unable to work as expected.

    I was not able to glean the preliminary information I needed as TrustPulse is no longer installed on your website. Also, our WooCommerce Integration is the only public-facing functionality that requires a webhook – your campaign is not currently set to use the WooCommerce orders Capture Activity option.

    Finally, the link you sent above renders a 500 Internal Server error when we try to visit it.

    For further reference, the WooCommerce integration works except in cases where the customer may have conflicting plugins that do not allow the TrustPulse-WooCommerce integration to work.

    This is the most usual cause of lack of functionality when our customers put it to use. We usually help them track down which of their plugins could be interfering and then render a solution.
