Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required

  • Driving me crazy. Site will not open with message:
    Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
    Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required ‘/home/mha19429/public_html/index.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in Unknown on line 0

    Tried everything I can think of including loading full public.html backup files and database, deleting all files and reloading WordPress from scratch, but still site and dashboard will not open giving above error message. cPanel works fine. Webhost says not their problem.
    Please help

  • Go to the device manager

    Go Display adapters
    Now update all the displays drivers

    2 options will show

    1st select Search automatically for updated driver software and go on
    2nd browse my computer for driver software and select VirtualBox graphics adapters(WDDM)

    After updating this you have to go for the Device Manager Monitors section
    Update it also.

    Move to the next step, open your browser, type DirectX & Download this program & install it on your PC.
    Now Check the error if it’s still there then move to the next step.

    Now Open the Windows Memory Diagnostic, and you will see a window that “Check your computer for memory problems”

    Here you see two options,

    1st Select Restart now and check for problems(recommended)
    This process takes some time & will automatically restart your PC after Scanning.

    Now go troubleshoot
    Tap on Blue Screen & Run the troubleshooter, this may take some time.
    Now go for Drive C and Properties then Tools and click the check button.

    Now Restart your PC.

    Very disappointed to get this response which has nothing to do with my problem. My problem is not related to my computer so drivers are not relevant.
    A shame to see the Forum used for blatant pushing of not needed software.
