    Hello,

    All you can do to test the problem is as follows:

    1- Submit an event as a normal user

    2- Add the title of an event that include “&”. For expamle: Information & Technologies Event

    3- Login as an admin to publish the event

    4- Once you publish the event, the title becomes “Information & amp; Technologies Event
