Ah, I completely missed it. You need to close the if tag with another if tag. ie, you’re currently doing this:

[if_job_field2]
	<tr>
		<th scope="row">[job_field2_label]</th>

You need to do this:

[if_job_field2]
	<tr>
		<th scope="row">[job_field2_label]</th>
		<td>[job_field2]</td>
	</tr>
	[/if_job_field2]
