    Hi
Everything was working until i updated the plugin. Now, form preview works also in page edit with elementor also the form works but in the page it does not work.
When i inspect the html code, the forminator form is there but display is none. It seems it’s JavaScript not loading. there is no error in console.
If i change the css display property then i can see the form but again no frontend validation works and the form submits to the server.
I deactivate my other plugins but didn’t help

Please let me know what should i do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I have the same error here. Ever since updating to 1.21.0 my forms don’t show up at all in my pages. No console error + style=”display: none” on the form element. Cleared every cache possible too.

Yeah i also deactivated my cache plugin.

Our forms also seemed to not render in the latest update. We discovered an issue with the “AJAX form loading”. Turning it off seemed to get the forms to display again.

    1) Edit your form
    2) Go to “Behaviour”
    3) Scroll down to “Rendering”
    4) Turn off “Load form using AJAX”
    5) Update/Save Form.

I fixed by downgrading to 1.20.1 and re-enabling the plugin

    Hi @binyaz

I hope you’re well today and I’m sorry for late response!

There’s a known issue, unfortunately, with Elementor popups and our developers are already aware of it but I don’t have more details on the permanent fix yet. I apologize for the trouble it is causing.

As of now, switching “Load form using Ajax” option in form’s behavior (as suggested by @anthonyjse) should help in most cases, though sometimes it may be necessary to clear all cache on site and/or regenerate Elementor’s CSS additionally (Elementor -> Tools -> General -> Regenerate Files & Data”).

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi @binyaz,

We don’t have any ETA for the fix but this is already added to our Forminator team’s backlog and will be updated on the future versions. Please keep monitoring the checklog for the updates.

    Kind regards,

    Zafer

    Hi @binyaz

It should be fixed in upcoming 1.23 release (I don’t have exact ETA but it should be released here very soon).

    Kind regards,
    Adam
