Access your server via FTP or SFTP and make sure that the permissions for all files are set to 644 and all directories are set to 755.

i tried it.. but it is not working.. same condition is der still

In that case, it may be a file ownership issue or a conflict with a server-side security system. You’ll have to contact your hosting provider.

there is no issue of such kind.. i just made a txt file and uploaded over my root directry. but it is working.. when i opened https://www.commenti.org/test.txt it worked. which shows there is some internal error. can u plz tell
