Paid Version – Error: “Please select a file to continue”

  • I got the paid version:

    I have created a variable product and ticked 3D printing. However, when I want to add something to the shopping cart, the message appears: “Please select a file to continue”

    I have already deactivated and activated the plugin, but the error persists

    The developer cannot support you here on this site and if they do, they risk getting their plugin remove. It’s that serious and no, it does not matter if their support page is down and not working. The rule still applies.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    It worked… something was really wrong in the settings and somehow it got fixed. So this plugin is really working good and I can really recommand it.
