Unexpected anchors for all products after restoring a backup

    Before uploading CVS changes for all products, there is a proper backup, after uploading, it is found that the product database is broken, so all files are restored.

    But there are still some settings missing. For example, when you click on the product page, you will automatically jump to the “Description” area below instead of the product header and price.

    Click on additional information or comments, it will even end the entire page.

    So if I understand you correctly, these anchors were not there before.

    Can you please try switching to the Storefront theme temporarily to see if that takes care of it?

    If the problem is still present after doing so, please attach a copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
