Qubely is not giving correct preview when a page is published

Helllo, I am creating a page using: ?Qubely – Advanced Gutenberg Blocks
I finished creating the page and checking its preview (which is how it is supposed to look) it is shown in this screen record https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KKgYbq8fJ3vP8Y4H0oQSk1NNXdSGqu2O/view?usp=share_link
However, when I publish the page that’s how it is looking, completely disrupted: https://www.cloudsigma.com/cloudsigma-for-ec-funded-research-innovation-projects/
how can this be resolved?
