On a category page only: No results not showing, only related items showing

  • Hi

    If you filter on a category page the filter is not working as expected. If you filter on multiple items which does not excist the filter is not showing: no results are find but only showing related items (what i don’t want). On the standard shop page it is working fine.

    What’s the reason for this?

    Hi,

    Please make sure you’ve set the Logic in the Filter to “AND”, so it will only show connected items.

    Yes i set it to AND. It is working fine but only when you look for something which does not excist it show related items and not the text: no items found. I don’t know why. On the standard shop page it works great! Only on the category pages it does not do it.. very strange
