Generator based on customer data

Hi,
It would be nice if we could use external generators based on customer data.
Here is a description. In your plugin I setup a generator with just an external url and no other parameters. When order is complete your plugin calls this url and sends customer data. Generator returns xml with license key. Your plugin adds this key to database and assigns it to the order.
