Showing xml of some medical journal

Hello:

I`m working with wp 3.0, suffusion theme and simple RSS feed widget. I′m triying to show some xml files from some medical journal but nothing. When de url finished in feed it′s work ok but when it finsih in xml the plugin doesn′t work
