    Dear support team,

I downloaded your plugin today (latest WP-V6.1.1, PHP-V7.4.33).

I am getting the following error (plugin seems to work correctly, anyway):
Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, bool given in?…/wp-content/plugins/remove-admin-menus-by-role/remove-admin-menus-by-role.php?on line?74.

I hope you can help here.

    Kind regards

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for your message.
It’s only a warning not really an error, so the plugin will work correctly.
If you want to hide this warning, you can change your configuration: https://aristath.github.io/blog/wp-hide-php-errors

    Best regards.

    Hi @manu225,

thanks a lot for looking after my support request.
Of course, I am aware that I should have used “warning” instead of “error”.

As a plugin author, I typically try everything to avoid warnings unless they are not to be avoided for some reason, since warnings of today may appear to be errors of tomorrow. So far, I was always able to avoid.

For the time being, probably due to having a saved configuration, the warning has disappeared anyway.
You moved the status of this request to “resolved”, which is still brave.

However, I am going to leave it there, as I am only using the free version of your plugin, which works fine and indeed I honestly want to thank you for your contribution to the WordPress community!

    Thanks
    Michael
