I have checked your query. You need to select Terms Order By = ID from your WordPress Dashboard -> BetterDocs -> Settings -> Layout -> Documentation Page -> Term Order By -> ID now click on Save Settings. Please check this screencast here – https://d.pr/v/EiDbUF

I tried this before, but my problem is the same. i have this problem only on my main support page. sidebar area in a single document works without any problems.

on my main support page I use this shortcode:

[betterdocs_search_form placeholder=”Ara…” heading=”…” subheading=”…” category_search=”true” search_button=”true” popular_search=”true”]

I have checked your query. It seems you are using this shortcodes for BetterDocs Advanced Search. To using BetterDocs Category Grid, Please use this shortcode here – [betterdocs_category_grid terms_orderby="ID"].
