Slowed us down, so bye bye

With this plugin we noticed a slowing down, took a look, and saw what it was up to. There were multiple pre=load requests firing from all angles, so we removed it. Fixed. We gave the pixel caffeine plug the flick for the same reason. Stick with the old manually added header script.
