when I open the primary footer in the settings and general, I get an empty window

    Hi @berghouse,

You can configure the number of columns. Refer to this screenshot, please. That option is available on all Footers. Above, Primary, and Below Footer.

Let us know if you need more help, otherwise please mark the topic as Resolved.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @berghouse,

Thanks for the screenshot. Have you tried to disable all plugins installed on your site to see if there’s a plugin conflict?

Also, what PHP version you are using? You can check from Tools > Site Health.

    Please let us me know.

    Kind regards,

I turned off all plugins and that didn’t help, still a blank window. I think it may be a problem in the template, because I use the Astra theme on other sites I make, but everything is edited there in other templates. Can you help me in any way?

Version 6.1.1 if I understand correctly

    Hi @berghouse,

Version 6.1.1 is the WordPress version I believe, not the PHP. As I mentioned in my previous response, you can check it from Tools > Site Health. This doc should help you. If it still doesn’t help, please get in touch with your hosting provider and they will tell you.

If you have PHP v8.1, please downgrade it to v7.4.x or v8.0.x

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Version PHP 7.4.33?

    Hi @berghouse,

Then you should be good to go with that. Puzzling ??

Just in case, are you using the latest version of the Astra theme, which is v3.9.4? If you are using the latest version, then please consider opening a ticket through our Support Portal, so we can take a look closer at your site.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Version Astra 3.9.2

Could you please update to Astra latest version? If it doesn’t fix the issue, please consider submitting a ticket through our Support Portal, so we can have a look closer.

You can just mention this thread when you submit a ticket, so you don’t need to explain your problem again.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
