Why you not release a hotfix for this bug ?

I believe as a pro user, I should receive the full support from your side. I can’t wait until next upcoming version.

This should be released a hotfix not as a regular release. This bug produces fatal errors on my site.

I went to your support section and started a chat, and guess what? You already there.

You just suggested to do what you mentioned above to fix the issue, while I believe you should release a hotfix to solve this bug. I am not supposed to edit the plugin files at all. It’s your problem that you released a buggy version, and it’s a major bug, which produces a fatal error.

I don’t know why you released this version without test, or you just want your users to overcome your plugin issues themselves.

I am raising a flag for all people who are about to buy this plugin to not to, you will face same cases in the future, then the support will say: Solve it your self!

This thread will be marked as resolved, but not because of “great” Support, but the solution was to disable the plugin then to look for another plugin.
