UTM Tracking not working

    I’m writing this the second time because of an error, so I’ll be short.

    I tried this and this, but with no succes. I mean it worked once or twice for some reason but then it stopped working which is extremely weird, even after creating a new form, a new page, etc.

    Hi @emanuelbathplan,

    I tested your form export in my test site and it worked out of the box and the “Hidden” field had the query parameter value.

    I also made a test submission on your page twice, could we know how that went?

    Since it works out of the box when tested, could you also please check how it behaves if you temporarily deactivate all the plugins except Forminator and with a default WP theme enabled?

    This would help in ruling out if the issue noticed is due to a conflict or not.

    Hmm, yes, it’s conflicting with Nitropack, the speed optimization plugin. I now have to see how to exclude the javascript code (or maybe the form altogether) from optimization. Any idea?

    UPDATE: I tried excluding all the js files related to forminator, but it didn’t fix it, so I’m guessing it’s something else.

    Hi @emanuelbathplan,

    Are you using the Nitro plugin free version? I gave a quick test in my system to see whether I could replicate but it works out of the box. Since it’s a 3rd party plugin what we could suggest is limited regarding its workflow.

    I’m afraid, it’s something you’ll have to bring to your plugin developers’ attention.

    You could also check and see whether other optimization plugins could be considered too, for example, Hummingbird:
