This seems to happen every couple of weeks or so. Sometimes less. But I’ll login to my site and then I get that ominous, you’ve been locked out message. Then I have to rename my plugins folder so I can login successfully. Why does this always happen? The login is correct, so why the blocking and what’s the fix, if any?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @databell96, thank you for reaching out. To login back to your site, temporarily disable the iTSec modules by adding the code found in this article. If you don’t have access to your FTP/File Manager, you may contact your hosting provider about this.

Once logged in, please add your IP address to the Authorized Hosts list to avoid getting locked out again (Security Settings > Configure > Global Settings) and check the “Automatically Temporarily Authorize Hosts”. Also, please update your user’s password on the WP Profile page.

Lastly, remove the line of code you just added to activate the iTSec modules again.

    I hope this helps!

Great. I did that and hopefully it will all work.
