Donation plugin issue in WP logout page

    Hi.,

    We completed all our form settings in the site. After few days it shows the error in the donation form “Please log in in order to complete your donation.” attached screenshot for your reference, https://prnt.sc/aMgtQsKrwtN5

    Can you please anyone to help on this issue to resolve it.

    Hi @creativebrahma,

    Glad you reached out. It sounds like you have Login or Registration + Login required on your donation form.

    You’ll want to navigate to Donations > All Forms and select your donation form. On the left hand side, you’ll see some menu options. Click Form Fields and scroll down to the Registration option. If you have it set to either of the options above, that’s why you are being asked to log in before you can attempt a donation. You can either keep this restriction and log in, or you can set it to None, which will allow anyone to make a donation without a login requirement.

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve checked the settings and additionally, it needs to enable the option “Guest Donations” in the same menu as per your support guidance. Now the form is working?fine.
