Registered members can’t create topics

  • Why are registered users and members unable to use the “create topic” function on my site, as somehow it’s only available for guests, non-registered members, and admins?

    I’ve been trying for an entire week, and none of the topics on the support page helps at all.

    I had to reset my forum and loosing contents in the process, hoping the reset and fresh installs would fix the issue but it’s still thesame.
