[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Sent normally but I cannot receive it

  • I read many the topics for the same problme. I changed email gmail, hotmail, but the result is the same. Furthermore I have the wp site and another wp test site. Contents and plugins are the same in the both site. I can receive from one site and cannot do from another, however I could receive the contents form CF7 before. I would be grateful if this info is helpful for solving this problem. Thank you.

    The sending stuff is ok. but I am not receiving the contact form.

    Any updates to this Issue I am having the same Issue sometimes the form goes trough very fast sometimes its slow and sometimes it just doesnt get there…I understand the slow or fast part but the never just makes no sense.

    What does Contact Forms 7 look for as a mail server or how does it send those emails?

    I have the same problem on 2 of my sites:
    I see a response message “Your message was sent successfully” with green border, but I never receive a mail for that.

    This issue seems to me like the most important one, no?
    Everything works well but the emails never reach the inbox… Weird?

    FIX

    The SMTP needs to be authenticated. Download and install the WP Mail SMTP plugin. Once the local server information is added in Settings >> Email, the emails should get sent out to any outside email addresses. The smtp host and port shouldn’t be left empty. Normally by default, most server uses 25 or 50 for port.
