Problem with 2FA Login

I’ve noticed lately when I login to my website, a 2FA error message pops up as though I’ve already tried to input my Twilio authorization code and it was incorrect. It happens about half the time but I only have 3 login attempts before it shuts me out for 15 minutes. I’m using an alternative login page through Loginizer. My WordPress user name and password are also automatically placed by Dashlane. This has just recently been happening and there have been no new updates by any of the companies I’ve listed. Suggestions?
