Cannot create group

    Hi,

    I’d be interested in using your plugin, even potentially the pro version, but after installing and adding the shortcode, I can’t seem to be able to create groups. A grey bar appears upon clicking, but no interactive element show.

    I’ve desactivated WP Rocket, so the issue doesn’t seem to be cache/optimization related.

    Have you faced this issue before? Also, I tried translating the strings with WPML but the translations won’t show.

    Hi,

    A quick follow-up: there was a compatibility issue with some other elements on the page where I displayed the shortcode. Personal Dictionary was not at fault ??

    On the other hand, still no luck with WPML’s translation. I scanned the plugin and the strings were added to the “default” strings, but even after translating, everything stays in English. Any feedback on this? Is this a known issue, or is the plugin supposed to be translatable?

    Glad to hear that the problem is already solved for you.

    As to the second point, I want to mention, that the “WPML” is a Pro plugin, so, at the moment, unfortunately, we can’t test this case.?

    By the way, I want to mention, that?our plugin is developed?fully?translatable.
    So, you can translate the?plugin by making use of the?Loco?Translate?plugin or?Poedit app.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the follow up. Unfortunatly, I didn’t manage to translate the plugin using WPML, although I haven’t tried to contact their support, who might be able to come up with a way to make it work.
    As this is not on my priority list for the moment, I guess we can close this topic ??
